रवा लड्डू रेसिपी

लॉकडाउन वाला 10 मिनट में बिना चाशनी नये तरीके का दानेदार हलवाई जैसे लड्डु वो भी सस्ते में Rava Laddu

Sooji/Semolina – 250 gms
Ghee – 3 tbsp
Finely Chopped Almonds – 12
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Pista – 1 tbsp
Chopped Cashew Nuts – 15
Desiccated Coconut – 3 tbsp
Sugar – 1 cup
Milk Malai – 1 tbsp
Milk – 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp

  • Take a kadhai add ghee and melt.
  • Roast all dry fruits one by one and keep aside.
  • Add sooji into same ghee and Stir continously and roast until light golden on low flame.
  • After 5-6 mins.
  • Add Desiccated Coconut into sooji and Mix well and roast it.
  • After sooji is golden in colour.
  • Add Sugar and Mix well.
  • While Sugar starts melting add Milk Malai,Milk and mix well.
  • Turn off flame when it is light golden.
  • Add Roasted Dry Fruits,Cardamom Powder and mix well.
  • Let it cool for sometime,Do not let it cool completely.
  • Take ball size mix and prepare ladoos.
  • Rava Ladoo is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
