ब्रत का साबूदाना आलू चीला

व्रत हो या टिफ़िन इतना टेस्टी नाश्ता सच मानिये आप रोज़ नाश्ते में भी यही बनाकर खाएंगे Vrat ka Khana

INGREDIENTS
Curd – 1/2 cup
Peanut Powder – 1/2 cup
Rock Salt/Sendha Namak – 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
Sabudana /Tapioca – 1 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Boiled Potato – 2
Finely Chopped Green Chilli
Rock salt/Sendha Namak
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curd – 2 tbsp

  • To make Vrat Vala Sabudana Cheela lets make a chutney.
  • Take a bowl Add Curd,Peanut Powder,Rock Salt/Sendha Namak,Pepper Powder,Finely Chopped Coriander and mix well.
  • Chutney is ready to serve.
  • To Make Vrat Sabudana Aloo Cheela Take a bowl.
  • Add 1 cup Sabudana and 1 cup water and soak for 3-4 hours.
  • After 3-4 hours check sabudana,with strainer completely remove water.
  • Take a grinding jar and add soaked sabudana.
  • Add water accordingly and make a smooth dosa batter.
  • Transfer into a bowl.
  • Take Boiled Potatoes and grate.
  • Add Grated potato into sabudana mix.
  • Add Finely Chopped Green Chilli,Rock salt/Sendha Namak,Pepper Powder,Cumin Seeds,Curd and Mix well.
  • Add water accordingly and prepare dosa batter consistency.
  • Take pan and grease with ghee/oil.
  • Add 2 laddle full batter and spread.
  • Cook on low medium flame for 3-4 mins.
  • Flip and cook on other side for 2 mins.
  • Take out after crisp and golden on the other side.
  • Vrat Vala Sabudana Aloo Cheela is ready to serve.Enjoy with the jhatphat Chutney!!
