इस बंद में तरस गए हो टेस्टी मिठाई सबसे कम समान से 15 मिनट में Besan ki Barfi सभी पूछे ये कहाँसे आयी
INGREDIENTS
Besan/Gram Flour – 1 & 1/2 cup(180 gms)
Ghee – 1/3 cup (80 gms)
Sooji/Semolina – 2 tbsp
Kesar Food Color – 1 pinch
Sugar – 1/2 cup (150 gms)
Water – 1/3 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry fruits for garnishing
- Take kadhai add besan on medium flame.
- Roast besan on low flame.
- Stir continuously.
- Add ghee in batches and mix well.
- Add Sooji/Semolina and mix well.
- Mix and roast until golden color and releases Ghee.
- Stir continuously.
- Turn off flame and stir continuously
- Lets prepare Sugar Syrup.
- Take a pan.
- Add sugar,Water and dissolve sugar.
- Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Prepare half string consistency sugar syrup.
- Turn off flame and let it cool.
- Let it cool for 2 mins.
- Take any tray or setting plate and Grease well.
- Add Sugar Syrup in batches and mix well.
- Mix well on off flame.
- Transfer mix on setting plate and spread.
- Cook on low flame if required if it is not in thick consistency.
- Garnish with almonds and pista.
- Let it set for 30 mins.
- Check after 30 mins.
- Cut into square pieces.
- Bean Burfi is Ready to serve..Enjoy!!
