1/2 कप दूध के इस्तेमाल से बनाएं बॉक्स भरके Butter Scotch Ice Cream बिना कोई कंडेन्स मिल्क या मलाई के
Ingredients
Fresh Chilled Cream – 250ml
Powdered Sugar – 4 tbsp
Milk Powder – 2 tbsp
Milk – 1/2 cup
Butterscotch Essence – 2 tsp
Yellow Food color – 1 pinch
For Praline
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Butter – 1 tbsp
Cashew Nuts – 3 tbsp
- To make butter scotch ice cream take a jar.
- Add cream,Powdered sugar,Milk powder,Milk,Butterscotch Essence,Yellow food colour.
- Blen all ingredients for 2 mins on high speed.
- Take a air tight container and transfer mix into it.
- Cover it with a butter paper/Foil/plastic touching the surface.
- Freeze it for 2- 2.5 hours.
- Check after 2.5 hours.
- Add the mix into jar and blend well for 2 mins.
- Transfer it into same air tight container.
- let it freeze for 7-8 hours/Overnight.
- Check after 8 hours.
- Remove the foil/plastic.
- Keep aside for 2 mins before scooping.
- Scoop and serve ice cream.
- Garnish with praline ,silver balls,butter scotch sauce and serve..Enjoy!!
