पीनट चिक्की/ मूंगफली चिक्की

Chikki | Peanut Chikki recipe |Moongfali Chikki it is one of the famous and indian sweet. Prepared with jaggery and roasted peanuts. Very healthy in winter Try my other winter recipe Peanut ladoo,Til gajak, Til gud ladoo

Peanuts – 250 gms
Jaggery – 250 gms

  • Take a kadhai add peanuts.
  • Roast on low flame until rawness is gone.
  • Turn off flame and let it cool a bit.
  • Transfer on a cloth and rub to remove peel.
  • Take a strainer add peanuts and remove peel and keep aside.
  • Take a kadhai add jaggery and Melt on low flame.
  • Add ghee and on low flame melt jaggery well.
  • Add 1 spoon water to avoid burning.
  • Cook until changes colour.
  • Add sugar syrup into water to check consistency.
  • If it forms ball cook more,If it breaks like a crystal.
  • Turn off flame and add roasted peanuts and mix well.
  • Take any butter paper/plastic/plate grease it.
  • Add prepared mix and spread and give shape.
  • Take a pizza cutter, cut into pieces while it is hot.
  • Let it set for 15 mins.
  • Serve after 15 mins.
  • Paenut chikki is ready to serve.!
