बिना कस्टर्ड पाउडर बिना कॉर्नफ्लॉर हेल्दी टेस्टी फ्रूट कस्टर्ड बनानेका नया अनोखा तरीका Fruit Custard

INGREDIENTS
Sugar – 1 cup
Cashew nuts – 1/2 cup
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Milk powder – 1/4 cup
Saffron strands
Milk – 750 ml
Food color – 1 pinch
Vanilla essence
Finely chopped almonds

Chopped Banana – 1/2 cup
Chopped apple – 1/2 cup
Chopped grapes – 1/2 cup
Chopped mango – 1/2 cup
Pomegranate – 1/2 cup
Chocolate syrup – 2 tbsp
Strawberry crush – 1 tbsp
Silver balls for garnish

  • To make fruit custard take a mixer jar.
  • Add Sugar,Cashew nuts,Rice flour,Milk powder,Saffron strands and make a fine powder.
  • fruit custard premix is ready. Store in air tight container for 3 months in fridge.
  • Let prepare fruit custard.
  • Take a pan add milk and boil.
  • Take half cup hot milk into a bowl.
  • Add 3 tbsp pre mix into milk and mix well without lumps.
  • Add the slurry into milk & stir continously.
  • Add sugar if required.
  • Cook on medium flame until thick.
  • After milk boil add Food colour and mix well.
  • Add Vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Let it boil until thick.
  • Turn off flame when it is thick.
  • Add Finely chopped almonds and mix well.
  • Keep aside and let it cool.
  • After completely cooled add any fruits and mix well.
  • Add any fruits as desired before serving.
