सॉस पैन(चाय दान) में बनाये सबसे आसान तरीके से सुपरसॉफ्ट केक – Cake Recipe in Pan – Eggless Suji Cake

INGREDIENTS
Fresh curd – 1/2 cup
Sugar powder – 1 cup
Cooking oil – 1/2 cup
Semolina/sooji – 1 & 1/2 cup
Maida/all purpose flour – 1/2 cup
Milk- 1 cup
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence
Dry fruits/tuti frutti

  • To make sauce pan Rawa cake take a bowl.
  • Add fresh curd,Sugar powder,Cooking oil and mix well. Add Semolina/sooji,Maida/all purpose flour and mix gently in cut and flod method.Do not add pressure while mixing.
  • Add milk little by little and mix gently.
  • Close with lid for 10 mins and let it set. Now take only heavy based sauce pan and grease pan with oil,Add butter papper in the bottom.
  • Now take an iron tawa and heat it for 8-10 mins on medium flame.
  • After 10 mins check batter,add milk and mix until pouring consistency.
  • Add Baking soda,Baking powder,Vanilla essence and mix gently.
  • Transfer batter into pan and tap to remove bubbles.
  • Add Dry fruits/tuti frutti to garnish.
  • Place the sauce pan on tawa keep the flame low.
  • Place a plate to make sure that heat doe not come out.
  • Bake it for 45-55 mins,Check in betwwen after 25-30 mins.
  • After it is baked,Check with toothpick,If it is clear cake is baked perfectly.
  • Let it cool down to separate from the pan.
  • Separate the sides with the help of knife.
  • Transfer onto a plate and remove the butter paper.
  • Cake is ready. cut and serve…ENJOY!!!
