सॉस पैन(चाय दान) में बनाये सबसे आसान तरीके से सुपरसॉफ्ट चॉक्लेट केक Eggless Chocolate Cake in Pan

INGREDIENTS
Maida – 1 & 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – 1/3 cup
salt – 1 pinch
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Cooking oil – 1/3 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
White vinegar – 1 tsp
Water – 1 cup
Fresh cream – 1/2 cup
Choco chips – 1/2 cup
Chocolate shavings for garnish

  • To make chcolate cake in sauce pan take a bowl.
  • Place a seive and add Maida,Cocoa powder,salt,Baking powder,Baking soda and seive well.
  • Cake premix is ready. can be stored in air tight container in fridge.
  • Take a heavy based tawa and let it heat for 7-8 mins.
  • In the cake premix Add cooking oil,Vanilla essence,White vinegar.
  • Add water little by little and mix in cut and fold method.
  • Prepare pourable consistency cake batter.
  • Take a heavy based sauce pan and grease oil.
  • Place a butter paper or dust with maida.
  • Grease butter paper with oil.
  • Transfer mix into the sauce pan.
  • Tap to remove air bubbles.
  • Place sauce pan on the tawa.
  • Cover wiht lid/plate properly.
  • Bake on low flame for 40-50 mins.
  • Bake at 180c pre heated oven for 30-35 mins.
  • To decorate cake.
  • Take hot cream and add choco chips and mix well.
  • Keep aside and let it cool.
  • After 40-4 mins check cake.
  • Check with kife or tooth pick,if tooth pick is clean cake is baked perfectly.
  • Keep cake aside for 5 mins until cool to demold.
  • After 5 mins Insert knife and separate edges to de mold
  • Tap and remove cake onto a plate.
  • Remove butter paper.
  • Spread chocolate ganache on all sides.
  • Cover with chocolate shavings and sprinkle silver balls.
  • Cake is ready.Cut and serve…Enjoy!!!
