बाजार को तो भूल जाना सस्ते में बिना मावा बिना चाशनी घर की 3चीज़ो से हलवाई जैसे पेड़े बनाना Peda Recipe

Rice Flour – 1 cup(150gms)
Milk – 1 + 3/4 cup
Desiccated Coconut – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Rose Essence – 8 drops

  • To make Rice Peda take a pan.
  • Add Rice Flour and roast on low flame.
  • After 2-3 mins Turn Off flame and keep aside.
  • Take another pan.
  • Add milk,Boil Milk on Low Medium Flame.
  • After a boil add Desiccated Coconut(Alternatively use Cashew Powder).
  • Add Sugar and Ghee and mix well.
  • Mix well and boil until Sugar melts.
  • Add Roasted Rice Flour in batches and mix well.
  • Cook on Low Flame until it leaves Pan.
  • Add Rose Essence and mix well.
  • Stir Continuously.
  • Turn off flame after leaves pan and forms dough.
  • Transfer into a bowl and close lid, let it cool for sometime.
  • Grease Hands and take Lemon Size mix and Prepare Pedas.
  • Store in Air Tight Container for 1 month in fridge.
  • Coat on all sides with Desiccated Coconut.
  • Rice Peda is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
