LEFT OVER GHEE MAWA DODA BARFI

Rich in taste and different from other barfi recipes, Dodha Barfi is a traditional dessert made in Punjabi cuisine and has a grainy texture that melts in your mouth. Make this Doda Barfi with left over ghee mawa. Try this recipe doda barfi and enjoy with family on any occasions.

बिना मावा बिना दूध सिर्फ 2चीज़ो से एकदम नरम डोडा बर्फी देखकर दंग रह जाओगे Doda Burfi – Instant Burfi

INGREDIENTS
Ghee mawa – 200 gms
Jaggery – 100 gms
Water – 1/2 cup (6 tbsp)
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Milk Powder – 2 tbsp

  • Instructions:
  • To make doda Burfi take a pan.
  • Add Jaggery and water and melt.
  • Boil until one string consistency.
  • Turn off flame and keep aside.
  • In other kadai add ghee mawa and heat it.
  • Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Add prepared jaggery syrup and mix well on low flame.
  • Add milk powder and mix well.
  • Cook until it leaves pan.
  • Take a setting plate/tray.
  • Grease with oil/gheee.
  • Transfer prepared mix and spread.
  • Garnish with dry fruits.
  • Let it set.
  • Cut into pieces after it is setCut into pieces after it is set.
  • Doda Burfi is ready to serve..Enjoy!!!
