जब इस लॉकडाउन में कुछ ना भाये तो 2 चीज़ो से बिना तले सूजी का यही नाश्ता सबको याद आये Rava Suji Nashta


Raw Potato – 2
Chopped Green Chilli – 2
Chopped Ginger – 1 inch
Curd – 1/2 cup
Sooji/Semolina – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves

  • Take 2 potatoes,peel and wash.
  • Cut randomly into pieces.
  • Take a jar add chopped potato,Chopped Green Chilli,Chopped Ginger,Curd and Make a fine paste.
  • Take a bowl,add Sooji/Semolina.
  • Add prepare paste in sooji and mix well.
  • Add water and prepare semi thick batter
  • Add Salt,Sugar,Oil and mix well.
  • Close lid and Let it set for 10-15 mins.
  • Take a cake tin or plate or any bowl,Add few drops of oil and grease well.
  • Take a kadhai add 2 and 1/2 cup water.
  • Place a stand and boil water on medium flame.
  • Check batter,Check consistency add water if required.
  • Add Baking Soda,Lemon Juice and Gently mix.
  • Transfer mix into cake tin and tap twice.
  • Place tin in kadhai.
  • Close lid and steam foe 18-20 mins.
  • Check after 20 mins.
  • Insert a tooth pick if it is clean its perfectly cooked.
  • Turn off flame and Let it cool completely.
  • Seperate edges with knife and demold it.
  • Cut into long pieces and give it stick shape.
  • Take a pan add oil and heat.
  • Add Asafoetida,Mustard Seeds,Curry leaves.
  • Place prepared sticks and on low medium flame roast them.
  • Transfer onto a plate after golden.
  • Serve it with mayo and sauce…Enjoy!!!
