Ingredients

For Cream
Fresh Curd – 600 ml
Sugar Powder – 2 tbsp

For Lassi
Fresh Curd – 1 kg
Sugar Powder – 4 tbsp
Milk – 1/2 cup

Rose Lassi
Rose Essence – 7 drops
Rose Syrup – 2 tsp

Mango Lassi
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Mango Pulp – 2 tsp

Pan Lassi
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Rose Essence – 7 drops
Dry Paan – 1 tsp
Dried Rose Petals

Chocolate Lassi
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Chocolate Syrup

Punjabi Kesar Pista Lassi
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Kesar Essence – 3 drops
Soaked Saffron Milk
Pistachio – 1 tbsp

  • Take a bowl,Place a strainer and add curd on it.
  • Leave it for 1 hours to prepare Hung Curd.
  • heck after 1 hour.
  • Transfer Hung Curd into a bowl and whisk well.
  • Add Sugar Powder and mix well until smooth.
  • Keep it in fridge.
  • Lets Prepare Lassi
  • Take a bowl,Add Fresh Curd.
  • Add Sugar Powder,Milk and whisk well.
  • Add ice cubes and whisk well.
  • Lassi is ready.

Lets Prepare 6 types of Dalgona Lassi.

  • Rose Lassi.
    To Prepare Rose Lassi.
    In a Bowl separate 1 glass lassi.
    Add Rose Essence.
    Mix well and keep aside.
    In a Bowl Take 1 tbsp Hung Curd.
    Add Rose Syrup and mix well.
    Take a glass,Add prepared Rose Hung Curd Mix.
    Pour Prepared Rose Essence Lassi.
    Rose Lassi is ready to serve.

Mango Lassi.
To Prepare Mango Lassi.
In a Bowl separate 1 glass lassi.
Add Cardamom Powder and mix well.
In a Bowl Take 1 tbsp Hung Curd.
Add Mango Pulp and mix well.
Take a glass add Mango Hung Curd Mix.
Pour Prepared Elachi Lassi.
Mango Lassi is ready to serve.

Pan Lassi
To Prepare Mango Lassi.
In a Bowl separate 1 glass lassi.
Add Cardamom Powder,Rose Essence and mix well.
In a Bowl Take 1 tbsp Hung Curd.
Add Dry paan,Dried Rose Petals and mix well.
Take a glass add Mango Hung Curd Mix.
Pour Prepared Elachi,Essence Lassi.
Pan Lassi is ready to serve.

Chocolate Lassi
To Prepare Chocolate Lassi.
In a Bowl separate 1 glass lassi.
Add Vanilla Essence and Mix well and keep aside.
In a Bowl Take 1 tbsp Hung Curd.
Add Chocolate Syrup and mix well.
Take a glass add Chocolate Hung Curd Mix.
Pour Prepared Vanilla Essence Lassi.
Chocolate Lassi is ready to serve.

Punjabi Kesar Pista Lassi
To Prepare Panjabi Kesar Pista Lassi.
In a Bowl separate 1 glass lassi.
Add Cardamom Powder,Kesar Essence and Mix well and keep aside.
In a Bowl Take 1 tbsp Hung Curd.
Add Soaked Saffron Milk,Pistachio and mix well.
Take a glass add Saffron Hung Curd Mix.
Pour Prepared Kesar Lassi.
Punjabi Kesar Pista Lassi is ready to serve.
