बाजार है बंद चटपटा खाने का है मन तो घर में रखे सामान से दमदार बनाये चटपटा नाश्ता Suji Besan Nashta

INGREDIENTS
Gram Flour 1/2 cup
Sooji/Semolina – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
Water – 1 + 3/4 cup
Oil – 2 tsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Grated Garlic – 1 tsp
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Crushed Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp
Finely Chopped Mint leaves
Finely Chopped Coriander
Finely Chopped Green chilli – 3

Finely Chopped Onion – 1
Finely Chopped Red Bell Pepper
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp

  • To make Crispy Goal Tikka.
  • Take a bowl.
  • Add besan,sooji,salt,turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Add water and prepare Buttermilk consistency batter.
  • Take a kadhai add oil and heat.
  • Add Ajwain,Asafoetida,Grated Ginger,Grated garlic and saute on low flame.
  • Add the prepared batter ,Stir and cook on low flame and Cook until it leaves pan.
  • Turn off flame when it leaves pan and stir for sometime.
  • Transfer into a bowl and let it cool for sometime.
  • Add Red Chilli Powder,Cumin Powder,Chaat Masala,Crushed Coriander seeds,Red Chilli Flakes,Finely Chopped Mint leaves,Finely Chopped Coriander,Finely Chopped Green chilli,Finely Chopped Onion,Finely Chopped Red Bell Pepper,Lemon Juice.
  • Grease hands and mix well while it is warm.
  • Take a plate,add oil & grease well.
  • Transfer dough on plate and spread.
  • Let it set for 10-15 mins.
  • Take a cap or lid and cut into circles.
  • Transfer onto a plate.
  • Store in air tight container in freezer for 1 month.
  • Add oil in a pan for shallow fry.
  • Heat oil and place prepared tikkis.
  • Flip and fry until golden crisp.
  • Take out and transfer onto a tissue.
  • Crispy Goal Tikka Is ready…Enjoy!!
