चावल का ऐसा हेल्दी Tasty Snacks बनाया जिसके बाद चिप्स कुरकुरे घर में ना आया Healthy Snacks for kids

INGREDIENTS
Split gram/urad dal – 4tbsp
Rice flour – 2 cups
Oil for deep fry

1st flavour
Salt as per taste
Cumin – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
Butter – 1 tbsp

2nd flavour
Piri piri masala – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Butter – 1 tbsp

  • To make crispy rice balls take a pan add Split gram/urad dal and Fry until golden and aroma and keep aside to cool and make a fine powder.
  • In the same pan add rice flour and roast Turn off flame and divide into two parts.
  • Add 2 tbsp urad dal powder in part of rice flour,Salt as per taste,Cumin,Asafoetida,Sesame seeds,Butter and mix all ingredients.
  • Add water little by little and prepare semi soft dough.
  • Take a plate and place a cloth/kitchen towel.
  • Take a small piece of dough and make balls.
  • Cover with cloth and rest for 10 mins.
  • For second flavour.
  • In second part add 2 tbsp urad dal powder,piri piri masala,salt,sesame seeds,pepper powder,Butter,mix well.
  • Add water and prepare semi soft dough.
  • Take a small piece of dough and make balls.
  • Cover with cloth and rest for 10 mins.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry both on medium flame until golden crisp.
  • CRISPY RICE BALLS ARE READY…ENJOY!!!
