घर मे हो बोर पड़े बनाओ ये बाज़ार जैसे कुरकुरे लछेदार प्याज़ के पकोडे जिसपे सब टूटपड़े Pyaz Ke Pakore

Onion – 4
Salt – 1 tsp
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Green Chilli – 2
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Carom Seeds/Ajwain – 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
Besan/Gram Flour – 1/2 cup
Rice Flour – 1 tbsp
Oil for Deep Fry

  • To make Onion Pakoda.
  • Take Onion,Peel,Wash and Cut both ends.
  • Cut into Thin Slices.
  • Add slices into a bowl.
  • Add Salt,Grated Ginger and Combine well making sure to squeeze onions well.
  • Add Finely Chopped Green Chilli,Turmeric Powder,Red Chilli Powder,Carom Seeds/Ajwain,Finely Chopped Coriander.
  • Add Besan/Gram Flour,Rice Flour.
  • Mix well,Add besan on batches.
  • Add 1 tbsp Hot Oil into batter.
  • Mix well.
  • Take kadhai add oil and heat well.
  • Fry only on High Flame,Make sure oil is bubbling hot.
  • Take little portion of batter and add into Oil
  • Do not make a ball or add too much of batter into Oil.
  • Flip and fry on all sides until golden crisp.
  • Take out when golden crisp and transfer onto tissue.
  • Crispy Onion Pakoda is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
