Try this easy jali samosa recipe at home .Samosa is one such snack which nobody can possibly resist and is loved by people of all age .Serve it as a tea-time snack by pairing it with a hot cup of tea or coffee.

सबसे आसान सबसे क्रिस्पी है ये इंस्टेंटआलू समोसा बनाने का तरीका-2 दिन तक मुलायम ना पड़े Jali Samosa

INGREDIENTS
All purpose Flour/Maida – 2 cups
Carom Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per required
Oil – 1/4 cup
Boiled & Grated Potato – 2
Finely Chopped Green chilli
Finely Chopped Coriander
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Onion – 2 tbsp
Rice Flour – 4 tbsp
All purpose Flour/Maida – 1 tbsp
Water to make paste
Oil for deep fry

  • To make Crispy Jali Samosa take a large bowl.
  • Add All purpose Flour/Maida,Carom Seeds,Salt,Oil and mix well.
  • If holds shape Oil is perfect.
  • Add water little by little and mix well to prepare a semi soft dough.
  • Close lid and let it set for 15 mins.
  • Take a bowl.
  • Add Boiled & Grated Potato,Finely Chopped Green chilli,Finely Chopped Coriander,Red Chilli Powder,Salt,Garam Masala,Chaat Masala.
  • Add Finely Chopped Onion,Rice Flour/Corn flour/Poha powder/Arrowroot/Bread crumb and mix well.
  • Take Amla size dough and prepare a cylinder and keep aside.
  • Take maida and add water,mix well & prepare paste.
  • Check dough and knead well.
  • Divide into 3 parts.
  • Roll thick dough.
  • Divide roll dough into 4 parts.
  • Make 3 slant cuts both sides.
  • Apply maida paste on all sides.
  • Take prepared roll and place in centre.
  • Cover roll on all sides with the dough.
  • Stick the edges.
  • In a kadhai add oil and heat on medium flame.
  • Add prepared samosa and fry on low-medium flame until golden crisp.
  • With the help of fork flip and fry.
  • Take out after golden.
  • Jali Samosa is ready to serve.Enjoy with ketchup/Chutni.!!!
