जब बनाओगे इस तरीके से टेस्टी कबाब सभी कहेंगे कैसे बने इतने लाजबाब Crispy Corn Kebabs – Corn Cutlet

Boiled sweet corn – 1 & 1/2 cup
Boiled & mashed potatoes – 2
Finely chopped ginger
Finely chopped onion – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped capsicum – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped carrot – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilli – 2
Bread crumbs
Salt – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Gram flour – 2 tbsp
Rice flour/corn flour – 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander
Oil for frying

  • To make crispy corn kebab take a mixer and add 1 & 1/4 boiled sweet corn.
  • Make a course paste, do not add water.
  • Transfer into a bowl, add Boiled & mashed potatoes,Finely chopped ginger,Finely chopped onion,Finely chopped capsicum,Finely chopped carrot,Finely chopped green chilli,Bread crumbs,Remaining Boiled sweet corn,Salt,Chaat masala,Garam masala,Pepper powder,Gram flour,Rice flour/corn flour.
  • Mix well.
  • Grease hands with oil,Take small ball sized dough & give any shape.
  • Directly fry or keep in fridge for 10 mins.
  • Keep oil for deep fry and heat it.
  • Add kebab into oil and fry on medium flame.
  • Flip and fry until golden crisp.
  • Remove from oil after golden crisp and transfer onto a tissue paper.
  • Corn kebab is ready to serve. ENJOY!!!
