जब घर में हो बंद बिना सोडा एकदम फुले फुले कुरकुरे आलू पकोड़ा का ये तरीका देख रह जाओगे दंग Aloo Pakoda


Raw Potatoes – 2
Besan/Gram Flour – 2 cups
Rice Flour – 1/4 cup
Salt as per taste
Ajwain/Carom Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chopped Green Chilli – 2
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
Water – 1 cup
Oil for deep fry

  • Take 2 potatoes and Peel Potatoes and add into water.
  • Slice or cut into thin slices and add into water.
  • Lets Prepare Batter.
  • Take a bowl.
  • Add besan,Rice flour,Salt,Ajwain/Carom Seeds,Red Chilli Powder,Chopped Green Chilli,Asafoetida,Red Chilli Flakes,Turmeric Powder,Finely Chopped Coriander and mix well.
  • Add water in batches and prepare lump free batter.
  • Perfect consistency When it is dropped and it is mixed into batter.
  • Add 2 tbsp hot oil into batter and mix well.
  • Take a towel and place Potato slices and Remove excess water.
  • Take a kadhai add oil and heat on medium flame.
  • Dip Potato slice into Batter and add into hot Oil.
  • With help of a spoon splash Oil on pakoda and fry.
  • Flip and Fry on all sides until Golden Crisp.
  • Take out and Transfer onto a tissue.
  • Crispy Aloo Pakoda is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
