पहली बार कम मेहनत में ऐसी क्रीमी क्रीमी Choco Bar Ice Cream सभी कह उठे पहले क्यों नहींबताई Ice Cream

Fresh cream or whipping cream – 250 gms/1 cup
Sugar powder – 4-5 tbsp
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Milk powder – 3 tbsp
Chilled Milk – 1/2 cup
Dark compound chocolate – 300 gms
Butter – 1 tsp

  • To make choco bar ice cream take chilled fresh cream or chilled whipping cream.
  • Take chilled bowl Add chilled fresh cream and Whip until soft peaks.
  • After whipping for 2 mins on high speed add Sugar powder and whisk until soft peaks.
  • Add Vanilla essence,Milk powder,Chilled Milk and fold all ingredients well.
  • Pour mix into molds.
  • Cover with foil/paper/plastic.
  • Place skewers/ice cream sticks.
  • Deep freeze for 7-8 hours to set.
  • After 7-8 hours.
  • Lets prepare chocolate layer.
  • Melt chocolate in double boiler method or in oven for 30-60 seconds.
  • For double boiler method take a bowl,fill water 1/2 of it and let it boil.
  • Place a bowl without touching water.
  • Add dark chocolate and butter and melt chocolate.
  • After melting,Turn off flame and keep on the hot water itself.
  • To remove ice cream from mold,take a glass of normal water dip mold for 1 min and demold ice cream.
  • Pour chocolate layer on the ice cream.
  • Place on ice cubes to set chocolate.
  • Chocobar ice cream is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
