स्वादिस्ट खीर बनाने का ऐसा नया जबरदस्त तरीका जो नहीं खाते वो भी मांग मांग कर खाएंगे Kheer Recipe

Ghee – 1 tsp
Chopped Almonds – 8 pcs
Chopped Cashew nuts – 8 pcs
Chopped Pista – 8 pcs
Raisins – 10 pcs
Full fat milk – 1 litre
Saffron – 1 pinch
Soaked rice – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup (6 tbsp)
Cardamom – 5 pods

  • To make creamy chawal ki kheer take a pan,add ghee and melt.
  • Add Chopped Almonds,Chopped Cashew nuts,Chopped Pista and Fry until golden and Keep aside.
  • Add raisins,fry and keep aside
  • Take a heavy base kadhai,add 2 tbsp water and milk.
  • Boil milk on low flame.
  • Take saffron and add boiled milk and keep aside to soak.
  • Soak 50 gms rice in water for 30 mins.
  • Remove water and add rice into milk.
  • Stir continously and cook rice.
  • Scrape sides and mix into milk.
  • Cook on low to medium flame.
  • Stir in between to avoid burning.
  • Add saffron milk mixture & mix well.
  • Add sugar & bring it to boil.
  • Add roasted dry fruits.
  • Add cardamom powder & mix well.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Garnish with dry fruits.
  • Creamy Chawal ki kheer is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
  • Tip 1 : Fry all dry fruits until golden and add into kheer
  • Tip 2 : Add 2 tbsp water in kadhai so milk do not burn
  • Tip 3 : keep 2 tbsp soaked rice aside make a fine paste and add into milk.
