छोटी छोटी भूख के लिए कुरकुरा टेस्टी नाश्ता बाजार के कुरकुरे चिप्स तो भूल जायेंगे Rice KurKure Recipe

Roughly Chopped Onion -1
Garlic – 10 cloves
Red Chillies – 4
Boiled Potatoes – 2
Oil – 2 tbsp
Rice Flour – 2 cups
Besan/Gram Flour – 4 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Pasta/Maggie Masala – 2 tbsp
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil for Deep Fry

  • Add Roughly Chopped Onion,Garlic,Red Chillies,crushed Boiled Potatoes into a mixer jar.
  • Add oil and make a fine paste.
  • Take a bowl.
  • Add Rice Flour,Besan/Gram Flour.
  • Add Prepared Potato Paste,Salt,Pasta/Maggie Masala,Pepper Powder,.
  • Grease hand and mix well.
  • Add water and prepare soft dough.
  • Add 1 tsp oil and knead well.
  • Cover it with plate .
  • Take a kadahi add oil and heat on medium flame.
  • Divide dough into 2 parts.
  • Grease platform with oil/Dust some flour.
  • Roll slightly thick dough.
  • Add prepared sticks into medium hot oil and fry.
  • Flip and fry on all sides until golden crisp.
  • Take out when golden crisp.
  • Crazy Masala Fries are ready..Enjoy!!!.
