Club Sandwich is the recipe stuffed with mixed vegetable, spiced with Schezwan Sauce.Homemade Sandwich are very tasty & easy to make and much tastier than the fast food corners.Veg Sandwich are all time favourite dish which can be enjoyed by every people at any time, anywhere.It can be served as breakfast or as snacks with tea & coffee.Just like this many recipes can be done like pizzaveg rolls & paneer wraps and so on.

INGREDIENTS
Oil – 1 tbsp
Finely Chopped Onion – 3 tbsp
Finely Chopped Capsicum – 3 tbsp
Finely Chopped Carrot – 3 tbsp
Sweet Corn – 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Schezwan Sauce- 2 tbsp
Paneer cubes – 4 tbsp
Sandwich Bread – 3
Butter
Hara Dhaniya Chutney
Tomato Slices
Sliced Cucumber
Salt
Chaat Masala
Cheese Slice

  • INSTRUCTIONS
  • Take a kadhai add oil and heat.
  • Add Finely Chopped Onion,Finely Chopped Capsicum,Finely Chopped Carrot and Saute well,do not over cook.
  • Add Sweet Corn and saute until veggiesa re little soft.
  • Add Salt,Pepper Powder,Red chilli flakes,Schezwan Sauce and mix well.
  • Add Paneer cubes and mix well.
  • Turn off flame and transfer mix into a bowl.
  • Take 3 bread pieces and Roast 1 bread piece without oil/butter.
  • Spread butter on all 3 bread slices.
  • Take 1 slice and apply Hara Dhaniya Chutney.
  • Place Tomato Slices,Sliced Cucumber.
  • Sprinkle Salt and Chaat Masala.
  • Place Cheese Slice.
  • Place the roasted bread slice.
  • Fill with prepared paneer masala.
  • Spread some hara dhaniya chutney on 3rd bread.
  • Sandwich is ready for roasting.
  • Take tawa/grill pna/sandwich maker,Greas with butter.
  • Place sandwich and apply butter on top of the bread.
  • Roast on low medium flame until golden crisp.
  • Club Sandwich is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
