सोयाबीन का इतना Tasty नाश्ता वो भी बिना तले जो नोनवेज की याद दिलादे Soya kabab Iftar Ramadan recipes

INGREDIENTS
Soya bean chunks – 1.5 cup
Garlic – 4-5 cloves 
Chopped green chilli – 2
Roasted Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
Gram flour – 3 tbsp
Bread – 3 pcs
Finely chopped onion – 1
Finely chopped coriander
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli sauce – 1 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil for shallow frying

  • To make soya tikka take soya bean chunks.
  • Boil soya in hot water and drain water.
  • Add soya into mixer jar.
  • Add Garlic cloves,Chopped green chilli,Roasted Coriander seeds,Gram flour,Bread.
  • Make a fine paste.
  • Transfer into a bowl.
  • Add Finely chopped onion,finely chopped coriander,Red chilli flakes,Garam masala,Turmeric powder,Red chilli sauce,Dry mango powder and Mix well.
  • Add Salt as per taste and mix well.
  • Take plate or tray and grease with oil.
  • Transfer mix and spread.
  • Set in fridge for 1 hour or Cover set in deep freezer for 20-30 mins.
  • Remove from fridge after 1 hour.
  • Stretch,tap and remove dough from tray.
  • Cut into desired shape.
  • Add oil 2 tbsp and let it heat.
  • Shallow fry or deep fry or bake at 180 degree pre heated for 20 mins(store in air tight container for 1 week).
  • Shallow fry on low-medium flame until golden crisp.
  • Flip and roast on both sides.
  • Transfer onto a plate.
  • Chatpata soya tikka is ready to serve…enjoy..!!!
