सूजी और आलू का सबसे टेस्टी नया चटपटा नाश्ता की हर कोई पूछेगा कैसे बनाया Rava nashta – Suji Nashta

Semolina – 1/2 cup
Curd – 1/4 cup
Boiled & Grated potato – 2
Chopped green chilli – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Finely chopped onion – 1
Schezwan sauce – 2tbsp
Chopped Coriander
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Corn flour/starch – 2 tbsp
All purpose flour – 3 tbsp
Bread crumbs

  • To make CHAPATE SOOJI STICKS take a bowl.
  • Add semolina,Curd and mix well and keep aside to set for 5-6 mins.
  • After 5 mins add Boiled & Grated potato,Chopped green chilli,Ginger garlic paste,Finely chopped onion ,Schezwan sauce,Chopped
  • Coriander,Red chilli flakes,
  • Salt,Chaat masala,Cumin powder,Corn flour.
  • Mix well.
  • Take plate or tray and grease with oil.
  • Transfer mix and spread evenly.
  • Let it set for 10 mins in fridge.
  • After setting demold dough out of plate.
  • Cut into sticks.
  • Take all purpose flour in a bowl.
  • Add salt and water and prepare slurry.
  • Take bread crumbs in a bowl.
  • Now take one stick,dip into slurry and coat with bread crumbs.
  • Add oil into kadhai and let it heat on medium flame.
  • Fry sticks until golden crisp on medium flame.
  • Transfer on tissue after frying.
  • Sooji sticks are ready to serve. enjoy!!
