गेहू के आटे का इतना Tastyआसान नाश्ता अगर एकबार खा लिया तो बार बार बनाने का मनकरेगा Breakfast Recipes

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Semolina – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Caraway – 1 tsp
Oil – 1/4 cup (4tbsp)
warm water as per required
All purpose flour – 2 tbsp
Water – 3 tbsp
Oil for deep fry

For making filling
Oil – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped onion – 1
Finely chopped green chilli – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Grated carrot – 1
Finely chopped cabbage – 3 tbsp
Finely chopped capsicum – 3 tbsp
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Finely chopped tomatoes – 2 tbsp
Salt as per required
Boiled and mashed potato – 1
Grated paneer – 2 tbsp
Pav bhaji masala – 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander

  • To make box samosa take a bowl.
  • Add Wheat flour,Semolina,Salt,Caraway,Oil and mix well.
  • Holds shape, Add water and prepare semi soft dough.
  • Apply oil on all sides,Let it set for 10 mins.
  • Lets prepare filling.
  • Take a pan or kadhai,
  • Add oil and let it heat.
  • Add cumin seeds,Finely chopped onion,Finely chopped green chilli and fry.
  • Add Ginger garlic paste and fry well.
  • Add Turmeric powder,Coriander powder,Red chilli powder and mix well.
  • Add Grated carrot,Finely chopped cabbage,Finely chopped capsicum,Red chilli flakes,Finely chopped tomatoes and mix well and saute until soft and crunchy.
  • Add Boiled and mashed potato,Grated paneer and mix well.
  • Add Pav bhaji masala and mix well and saute for 1 mins.
  • Turn off flame and add Tomato ketchup and Finely chopped coriander and mix well and transfer into a bowl.
  • In other bowl add All purpose flour and water and mix well to prepare a slurry.
  •  Now check dough,Divide dough into 2 parts and make a ball.
  • Roll dough not too thick not too thin.
  • Take bowl and cut circle shapes.
  • TAKE ONE PART AND FILL WITH STUFFING.
  • Fold from one side and apply slurry and fold on other side.
  • Flip and apply slurry and fold on the both sides.
  • In a kadhai add oil and heat on medium flame or Bake at 180 pre heated oven for 25-30 mins.
  • Fry on low to medium flame until golden crisp.
  • Malasa box samosa is ready to seve…Enjoy!!!
