कम मेहनत में झटपट बनाये नए तरीके से क्रिस्पी आलू सूजी के लच्छेदार पकोड़े Iftar Ramadan snacks Aloo

INGREDIENTS
Raw potatoes – 4
Finely chopped ginger & green chilli – 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Onion – 1
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/3 tsp
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Semolina – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Finely chopped coriander
Oil for deep fry

  • To make chatpata aloo sooji pakoda take a bowl.
  • Add grated potato,Finely chopped ginger & green chilli,
  • Finely Chopped Onion,Cumin seeds,Red chilli powder,Chaat masala,Turmeric powder,Red chilli flakes and mix well.
  • Add semolina in batches and mix well.
  • Add Salt and mix well.
  • Close lid and let it set for 5 mins.
  • Add oil into kadhai and let it heat.
  • Take prepared dough and add into oil and fry.
  • Flip and fry until golden crisp.
  • Transfer on a plate.
  • Chatpata sooji pakoda is ready to serve. ENJOY!!!
