INGREDIENTS
Butter – 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Finely chopped green chilli – 1
Finely chopped onion – 1
Finely chopped capsicum- 3 tbsp
Finely chopped red bellpeppers
Finely chopped yeloow bellpeppers
Finely chopped tomato – 1/2
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Pav bhaji masala – 1 tsp
Paneer/cottage cheese
Finely chopped coriander
Chapathi/Roti
Tomato Ketchup
Processed cheese
Red chilli sauce

  • To prepare Chapathi sandwiich take a pan and add butter,Ginger garlic paste,Finely chopped green chilli,Finely chopped onion.
  • Fry on low-medium flame do not over cook. Keep veggies crunchy.
  • Add Finely chopped capsicum,Finely chopped red bellpeppers,Finely chopped yellow bellpeppers,Finely chopped tomato and fry on high flame.
  • Add Turmeric powder,Salt and cok until soft.
  • Add Pav bhaji masala, and mix well.
  • Add Paneer/cottage cheese and toss well.
  • Add Finely chopped coriander,mix well and off flame.
  • Take 1 Chapathi/Roti and spread some Tomato Ketchup,Grated processe cheese and prepared filling.
  • Spread one side and add some grated process cheese and fold and press the other side.
  • Take a tawa and add butter/oil/ghee.
  • Place the chapathi sandwich on tawa and roast until crisp.
  • Flip and fry both sides.
  • In the same way prepare all the chapathi sandwich.
  • Roti Sandwich is ready to serve..ENJOY!!!
