मुंबई की फेमस चटपटी चना चाट अगर ऐसे बना ली तो सच मानिये सब जिद करके रोज बनाएंगे Chana Chaat Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Boiled Black Chikpea – 2 cups
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Water – 3 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds- 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Boiled and chopped Potato -1
Finely Chopped Onion
Finely Chopped Green chilli
Finely Chopped Tomato
Finely Chopped Mint
Finely Chopped Coriander
Lemon juice

  • Take 2 cups chikpea,Soak over night.
  • Drain off excess water,Add soaked channa into cooker,add 1.5 glass water,Add salt and pressure cook until 3 whistles.
  • Let it cool completely and drain excess water in chickpea.
  • Take a small bowl.
  • Add Red chilli powder,Coriander Powder,Cumin Powder,Garam Masala,Black Salt,Chaat Masala and mix well.
  • Add water and prepare paste.
  • Take a pan add oil and heat it on medium flame.
  • Add Cumin Seeds,Asafoetida,Grated Ginger and Saute well on medium flame.
  • Add prepared spice mix and fry until oil releases.
  • After oil releases,Add boiled Chikpeas and mix well.
  • Add salt/masala if required.
  • Add Boiled and chopped Potato and mix well.
  • Turn off flame and let it cool completely.
  • After its cooled completely.
  • Transfer into a bowl.
  • Add Finely Chopped Onion,Finely Chopped Tomato,Finely Chopped Mint,Finely Chopped Coriander,Lemon juice and mix well.
  • Chatpate Chana Chaat Is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
