नए साल की भयंकर ठण्ड में सिर्फ 2 चीज़ो से बनी बिना घी बिना दूध/ मावा ऐसी मिठाई जो आपने पहले नहीं खायी

Carrot – 1 kg
Sugar – 2 cups
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Finely Chopped Almonds

  • To make carrot Fudge take carrots clean and cut edges.
  • Take a grater and grate carrots or cut into pieces and add into mixer and grind on pulse until coarse.
  • Take a kadhai and on medium flame add grated carrot.
  • Mix sugar and carrot on low medium flame.
  • Keep on medium flame until sugar melts,After sugar melts cook on low flame.
  • Cook until water is completely evaporated.
  • Keep stiring in between.
  • After water gets evaporated add Cardamom powder or any flavour and mix well.
  • Turn off flame.
  • Take a butter paper and Transfer mix on butter paper.
  • Spread it into fudge shape/burfi.
  • Garnish with Finely Chopped Almonds,Finely Chopped Pista and press it.
  • Let it set for 2-3 hours in room temparature or 2 hours in fridge.
  • After 2-3 hours Cut into pieces.
  • Carrot Fudge is ready to serve.Enjoy!!!
