One of the most common Ingredients used in almost all the Desserts recipes.Whipped Cream can make the appearance & feel of a Dessert.The secret lies in whipping the cream to the right consistency.You can whip the cream & can store in air tight box in freezer & can be used later when it is required.It is used to decorate almost many of the cakes & bakery items.

अब मैदा से बनाये केक सजाने वाली क्रीम वो भी बिना मशीन बिना क्रीम घरके सामानसे Homemade Whipped Cream

Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
All purpose flour/Maida – 3 tbsp
Butter – 200 gms

For flavours
Strawberry essence
Red food colour
Cocoa Powder
Vanilla essence

  • Take a kadhai.
  • Add milk,sugar,all purpose flour and mix well.
  • Keep it on low flame mix and cook until transparent.
  • Turn off flame when it is transparent.
  • Transfer mix into a bowl.
  • Cover with a cling wrap touching the surface of the mix.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • Take a bowl add butter.
  • Take a whisker/fork and whisk the butter.
  • Whisk until it changes it colour whitish.
  • When it is fluffy keep it in fridge for 10 mins.
  • After 10 mins whisk well until changes colour and fluffy.
  • Add maida mixture little by little and whisk well.
