ब्रेड से ऐसे बनाएं एकदम खस्ता रसभरी बालूशाही तो 100%स्वादिष्ट और अच्छी बनेगी Bread balushahi Recipe

For Sugar syrup
Sugar-1 cup (200 gms)
Water – 1/2 cup
Bread slices – 5

For dough
All purpose flour – 100 gms
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp (2-3 pinch)
Water as required
Oil/ghee for deep frying

  • To make bread baloosahi take a pan & add sugar into it.
  • Add water & let the sugar melt on low to medium flame.
  • Prepare thick sugar syrup.
  • Soak saffron strands in warm water.
  • Check the consistency.
  • Take bread slices & remove its edges.
  • Add bread slices to grinding jar & grind it to fine powder.
  • Transfer into bowl & add all purpose flour into it.
  • Add baking soda & mix well.
  • Add water little by little & prepare a semi soft dough.
  • Cover & keep it aside for 2 mins.
  • Heat oil/ghee on medium flame.
  • Divide the dough into two parts.
  • Cut into small pieces.
  • Take one ball & rotate with hand & prepare a ball.
  • Drop the balls & fry on low flame until golden.
  • Flip it with spoon after sometime.
  • Take out & dip into sugar syrup & coat well.
