बारिश का चायवाला नया Tasty चटपटा ब्रेड 65 हर कोई पूछेगा कैसे बनाया Bread 65 – Bread 65 Recipe Bread

For crispy bread pieces:
Bread – 6 pcs
Cornflour – 3 tbsp
All purpose flour – 3 tbsp
Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Crushed curry leaves(optional)
Water as required
Oil for deep frying

For making sauce:
Oil – 2 tbsp
Slit green chilly – 3
Few Curry leaves
Finely chopped garlic – 1tbsp
Dry red chilly – 2
Onion petals
Capsicum – 1/2
Red chilly sauce – 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 spoon
Spring onion greens
Cornflour – 1 tsp

For curd mix:
Curd – 100 gms
Red food colour – 2 pinch
Cornflour-2 tbsp

  • To make bread 65 take bread pieces & remove the edges
  • Cut into pieces
  • Take a bowl & add cornflour/arrowroot/rice flour,all purpose flour
  • Add red chilly powder,Ginger garlic paste,salt,Crushed curry leaves
  • Mix well
  • Add water little by little & prepare medium consistency batter
  • Heat oil
  • Dip bread pieces into batter & coat it
  • Fry on medium flame
  • Flip it & fry till golden crisp
  • Turn off the flame
  • For making sauce:
  • Take a pan/kadhai
  • Heat it on medium flame & add oil,green chilly,few curry leaves,finely chopped garlic, Onion petals,capsicum,red chilly sauce
  • Tomato ketchup,Spring onion greens
  • Take a bowl & add curd,food colour,cornflour
  • Turn off the flame & add prepared curd mix to kadhai
  • Turn on the flame and let it boil.
  • Toss well.
  • Garnish with spring onion greens/coriander.
  • Bread 65 is ready to serve.
