बिना सख्त हुए गेहूं के आटे से मार्केट सेभी ज्यादा खस्ता करारे नए नमकपारे namak pare – Bow Namak Pare
Wheat flour-2 cups
Semolina – 3 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Carom seeds – 1 tsp
Oil – 1/4 cup (4 tbsp)
Water as required
oil for deep frying
To make Bow Tie Namak Pare take a wide bowl & add wheat flour.
Add semolina,salt,carom seeds,oil & mix well.
Add water little by little.
Knead well & prepare a semi soft dough.
Add 1-2 drops of oil & knead well.
Cover with wet cloth & let it rest for 10 mins.
Divide the dough into equal parts.
Make balls & flatten them.
Take one ball & roll it with rolling pin.
Roll the making slightly thick than chapati.
Take a knife / pizza cutter and cut them into long strips or shape of your choice.
Heat oil on medium flame.
Drop the namak pare into the hot oil.
Fry on low to medium flame until golden crisp.
Flip over so that it cooks on both sides.
Take out into plate.
Allow namak pare to cool to room temperature and store them into an airtight container for 1 month.
Bow Tie Namak pare is ready to serve.Enjoy!
