गारंटी से कहती हूँ आप सब्जी खाना भूल जायेंगे तीनो टाइम खाने में यही खाएंगे इतनी टेस्टी है ये Gravy

INGREDIENTS
Peanuts – 4 tbsp
Desiccated Coconut – 2 tbsp
Sesame Seeds/Til – 2 tbsp

Oil – 2 tsp
Chopped Onions – 2
Green chillies – 2
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Grated Garlic – 1 tsp
Green chillies
Tomatoes – 4
Water – 1/2 cup
Oil – 4 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Kalonji/Nigella Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Tamarind Water – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Coriander

  • Step 1:
  • To make Mirchi Ka Salan.
  • Take a kadhai,Keep flame on medium.
  • Add Peanuts and dry roast.
  • Add Desiccated Coconut and Dry Roast until golden.
  • Add Sesame Seeds/Til and roast until golden.
  • Turn off flame and transfer onto a plate and let it cool.
  • Step 2:
  • In same kadhai add oil and heat it.
  • Add Chopped Onions and saute on low medium flame until soft.
  • Add Green chillies,Grated Ginger,Grated Garlic,Saute well on low medium flame.
  • Turn off flame and transfer into a plate.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • After completely cool Add all the Roasted Ingredients into a jar.
  • Add Water and make a fine paste and keep aside.
  • Step 3:
  • Take Green chillies.
  • Slit Green Chillies,do not cut until ends.
  • Step 4 :
  • Take Tomatoes.
  • Cut into 4 pieces.
  • Step 5:
  • In same kadhai add 4 tbsp oil and Heat oil on low medium flame.
  • Add slit Green chillies and fry until light golden.
  • Remove from oil and keep aside.
  • In same oil add Mustard Seeds,Cumin Seeds,Kalonji/Nigella Seeds,Curry Leaves,Red Chilli Powder,Turmeric Powder,mix well.
  • On low flame add prepared paste and Cook on low flame until it releases oil.
  • While it releases oil add Coriander Powder,Cumin Powder,Garam Masala,Salt and mix well.
  • Add Tamarind Water mix well and cook until releases oil.
  • After it releases oil Add water and mix well and cook on medium flame.
  • After 3-4 mins when oil releses from the curry Add chopped Tomatoes and fried Green Chillies.
  • Close lid and cook on low flame.
  • Check after 5 mins.
  • Garnish with Finely Chopped Coriander.
