बिना चाशनी इस नए तरीके से बनाये हलवाई जैसे दानेदार बेसन आटा लड्डू गर्मिओ के लिए Besan Atta Ladoo

Gram flour/Besan – 1 cup (120gms)
Wheat flour – 1 cup (120gms)
Ghee – 1/2 cup (7 tbsp)
Chopped Almonds – 10 pcs
Chopped Cashew nuts – 10 pcs
Melon Seeds – 2 tbsp
Sugar Powder – 1.5 cups
Khus Khus/Poppy Seeds

  • To make Besan Atta Ladoo.
  • Take a pan.
  • Add ghee and heat.
  • Add Cashew Nuts and fry until golden
  • Transfer into a plate after golden.
  • Add almonds into ghee and fry until golden.
  • Transfer into a plate after golden.
  • Add Melon Seeds and fry until golden.
  • Transfer into a plate after golden.
  • Add Gram Flour and Wheat Flour into Ghee,Roast on low flame until golden,Stir continuously until ghee releases.
  • Turn off flame when it releases ghee and Stir continuously on off flame.
  • Let it cool for sometime or until warm.
  • When it is warm.
  • Add Add Dry fruits,Sugar Powder and mix well.
  • Take Ball size mix and prepare ladoos.
  • Coat on all sides and dust off excess Poppy Seeds.
  • Besan Atta Ladoo is ready to serve..Enjoyy!!
