पहली बार सस्ते में एकदम नरम रसीला मालपुआ का ऐसा तरीका की देखलोगे तो तुरंत बनाओगे Atta Malpua Recipe

Atta/Wheat flour – 3/4 cup
Sooji/Semolina – 1/4 tsp
Cardamom Powder -1/2 tsp
Saunf/Fennel Powder – 1/4 tsp
Warm Milk – 1 cup
Milk Malai – 2 tbsp
Ghee for frying

For Sugar syrup
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Saffron Strands – 1 pinch
Cardamom Powder -1/4 tsp

  • To make Atte Ka Malpua.
  • Take a bowl.
  • Add wheat flour,Sooji,Cardamom Powder,Fennel Powder and mix well.
  • Add milk in batches and mix well to prepare flowing consistency batter.
  • Add Malai and mix well.
  • Close lid and keep aside for 15 mins
  • Lets prepare sugar syrup.
  • Take a kadhai.
  • Add sugar,water and melt on low melt.
  • Add Saffron strands,Cardamom Powder and mix well.
  • Boil for 2-3 mins after sugar dissolves.
  • Check syrup if it is sticky and oily sugar syrup is perfect.
  • Turn off flame and keep aside.
  • Lets prepare malpua
  • Take ghee/oil 1/4 th of the pan and heat on low medium flame.
  • Check batter,add milk if required.
  • Set a spoon or laddle to pour malpua into ghee.
  • Add laddle full batter into ghee and fry on low medium flame.
  • Pour oil on top and fry until golden crisp.
  • Flip and fry on other side until golden crisp.
  • Take out after golden crisp.
  • Add into warm syrup.
  • Dip it for 3-4 mins.
  • Takeout of syrup after 4 mins.
  • Prepare all malpua in same way.
  • Keep prepared malpua on a plate garnish with pista.
  • Malpua is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
