2 min में लोहे के तवे (रोटी तवा) पर इस ट्रिक से क्रिस्पी मसाला डोसा Atta Dosa – Masala Dosa Recipe

Wheat flour – 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Eno fruit salt – 1 sachet
Oil – 2 tbsp
Channa dal – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Red chilli – 1
Curry leaves
Finely chopped onion- 4 tbsp
Finely chopped Green chilli -1
Finely chopped Ginger -1 inch
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Boiled and mashed potatoes – 4
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Water – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander

  • Make a free flowing consistency batter.
  • To make Aloo masala dosa sandwich take a kadhai and add oil and heat.
  • Add Channa dal,Urad dal,Cumin seeds,Mustard seeds,Asafoetida,Red chilli,Curry leaves and fry them.
  • Add Finely chopped onion,Finely chopped Green chilli,Finely chopped Ginger, and fry until translucent.
  • Add Turmeric powder,Boiled and mashed potatoes,Salt,Red chilli powder and mix well.
  • Add 2 tbsp Water and close with lid and cook for 1 min.
  • Add eno fruit salt(In place of eno add 1/2 tsp baking soda & lime juice).
  • Mix gently andbatter isready.
  • Now take a iron tawa/dosa pan and heat well,add oil and seasoned tawa with tissue/cloth.
  • Heat for 30 seconds and turm off flame and cool it.
  • After its completly cool down clean with tissue and turn the flame on and heat on medium flame.
  • Sprinkle water and let the temparature go low clean with a cloth or tissue.
  • Add some oil and grease with onion/bottle gaurd/brinjal(keep flame low).
  • Add a laddle full batter and spread in one direction.
  • After the upper layer is dry add ghee/oil.
  • Add prepared masala and fold and serve.
  • Dosa is ready to serve.
