Aloo Sooji Crispy Squares

जब कुछ ना भाये तो कम चीज़ो से बिना तले आलू सूजी का यही नाश्ता सबको याद आये Aloo Sooji Nasta – Nasta

Boiled & Cooled Potatoes – 4
Semolina – 1 cup
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Pizza Seasoning – 1 tsp
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Schezwan sauce
Cheese Slice
Oil for Frying

  • To make Aloo Sooji Crispy Squares.
  • Take a bowl.
  • Add Potatoes and mash them smooth.
  • Add Semolina,Red Chilli Flakes,Pizza Seasoning,Garlic Paste,Baking powder.
  • Mix well without adding water.
  • Add 1 tsp oil and mix well.
  • Close lid and let it set for 5 mins.
  • Pinch big ball size dough.
  • Dust Maida on Platform and place dough and flatten.
  • Roll thick with a roller pin.
  • Cut on all sides and prepare rectangle.
  • Take out excess dough.
  • Cut rectangle into 2 halves.
  • Apply Schezwan sauce/Ktechup/Hara dhaniya Chtney/Mayo on one side of the piece.
  • Place a cheese slice/Processed or mozeralla cheese.
  • Press and seal on all sides.
  • Take any pan.
  • Add 1 tsp oil and grease well.
  • Place prepared sanwich on tawa.
  • Brush oil on top & on low medium flame fry until golden.
  • Flip and fry until golden crisp.
  • Take out after golden.
  • Aloo Sooji Crispy Squares are ready to serve..Enjoy!!
