Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Salt -1/2 tsp
Water as required
Boiled Potato – 4
Jeera Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Dry Mango Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Finely chopped Coriander
All Purpose Flour for dusting

  • Lets Prepare Dough for Aloo Paratha:
  • To make Aloo Paratha dough take a bowl.
  • Add Wheat Flour,Salt,mix well.
  • Add Water and mix well.
  • Add Oil and mix well.
  • Close lid and let it set for 15 mins
  • Lets Prepare stuffing:
  • Take a bowl,Mash potato or grate.
  • Add Jeera Powder,Coriander Powder,Chilli Powder,Garam Masala,Dry Mango Powder,Salt,Asafoetida,Grated Ginger,Finely chopped Coriander.
  • Mix well.
  • Lets Prepare Aloo Paratha:
  • Check dough and knead agin.
  • Take all purpose flour for dusting.
  • Pinch a big sized dough.
  • Spread and prepare a bowl shape.
  • Fill with aloo mix in center.
  • Press aloo mix and close with dough a]on all sides
  • Dust with all purpose flour.
  • Take a rolling pin and prepare paratha.
  • Heat tawa on medium flame.
  • Put Prepared paratha and cook.
  • Flip after 1 & 1/2 min and cook.
  • Add ghee or oila nd cook on the other side for 1 min.
  • Press and cook on medium flame on all sides.

  2. Prepare soft atta.Do not prepare hard dough.
  3. Mash and knead well and prepare dough
  4. Do not use Hot Potatoes Use only completely cooled potatoes.
  5. Take All purpose flour in place of wheat flour for dusting.
  6. Do not put pressure while rolling,Roll in one direction.
  7. Do not add oil/ghee before cooking paratha.
