बाजार का खाने से लगे डर तो सिर्फ 3 चीज़ो से आलू का नया Tasty नाश्ता जिसे सब खाएं पेट भर Aloo Snacks

Boiled Potatoes – 500 gms
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Pizza Seasoning – 2 tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
Maida/All purpose flour – 200 gms
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese/Cheese slice/Cheese cubes
Oil for shallow fry

  • Take potatoes boil them peel and keep aside and let them cool completely.
  • Mash or grate all potatoes.
  • Add oil,Salt,Red Chilli Flakes,Pepper Powder,Pizza Seasoning,Finely Chopped Coriander,Maida/All purpose flour,Baking Powder and mix well.
  • Add maida accordingly and prepare dough.
  • Divide mix into 2 parts.
  • Sprinkle maida on platform and on the dough.
  • Roll dough thick cutlet size.
  • Same way prepare second part of the dough.
  • Take 1st part dough and place mozerella cheese sticks.
  • Place the second layer and close on all sides.
  • Cut with a knife or cutter into triangle shape.
  • Separate all pieces and close on all sides.
  • Make sure cheese does not come out.
  • Take a kadhai and add oil and heat it.
  • On medium low flame place prepared crispies and fry.
  • Flip and fry on all sides until golden crisp.
  • Transfer onto a tissue after golden crisp.
  • Aloo Crispies are ready to serve.Enjoy!!!
