जाने हाथ से आलू भुजिया बनाने के 3सबसे आसान परफेक्ट टिप्स केसाथ Alu Bhujia Sev – Aloo Bhujiya Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Boiled potatoes – 4
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp
Hing – 2 pinches
Gram flour – 2 cups/200gms
Oil – 1 tbsp
Oil for deep fry

  • To make aloo bhujia sev take a bowl.
  • Grate/mash boiled potatoes (use only boiled and cooled potatoes).
  • Add all the masala into potato.
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Add gram flour in batches and mix well and prepare a soft dough.
  • Add oil and mix well.Do not add water,Add besan according to the moisture.
  • Let it set for 10 mins.
  • In a pan add cooking oil and let it heat on medium flame.
  • Take murku maker/sev maker and Grease it.
  • Grease hand and mix again after 10 mins.
  • Take some dough mix.
  • keep the dough into the muruku maker.
  • Keep flame on medium only
  • Forming a circle in the oil and make sure you do not overlap.
  • Fry until bubbles settle.
  • Flip and fry until golden
  • Transfer on a plate placing a tissue.
  • Take a grater and dough.
  • Grate dough into oil and fry until golden.
  • Transfer on a plate placing a tissue.
  • Take a spatula and dough.
  • Grate dough into hot oil.
  • Transfer on a plate placing a tissue.
  • Bhujiya sev is ready to serve.ENJOY!!
