तवे पर बनाये बिना ब्रेड के आलू कासबसे हेल्दी स्वादिष्ट Sandwich – Potato Tawa Sandwich without Bread

INGREDIENTS
To make batter
Sooji/semolina – 1 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Water as per required
Salt – 1 tsp
Idly dosa batter
Eno fruit salt – 1 tsp
Oil as per required for cooking
To make aloo masala
Oil – 2 tbsp
Channa dal – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Red chilli – 1
Curry leaves
Finely chopped onion- 4 tbsp
Finely chopped Green chilli -1
Finely chopped Ginger -1 inch
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Boiled and mashed potatoes – 4
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Water – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander

  • Take bowl and add semolina/sooji,curd,and mix well.
  • Add water little by little to make a thick batter,add salt and mix well.
  • Close with lid and keep aside for 5 mins to set.
  • To make Aloo masala dosa sandwich take a kadhai and add oil and heat.
  • Add Channa dal,Urad dal,Cumin seeds,Mustard seeds,Asafoetida,Red chilli,Curry leaves and fry them.
  • Add Finely chopped onion,Finely chopped Green chilli,Finely chopped Ginger, and fry until translucent.
  • Add Turmeric powder,Boiled and mashed potatoes,Salt,Red chilli powder and mix well.
  • Add 2 tbsp Water and close with lid and cook for 1 min.
  • After a minute add Finely chopped coriander mix well and keep aside.
  • Now take sooji batter and add water if required and adjust consistency.
  • Add 1 tsp Eno fruit salt into sooji batter add few drops of water and gently mix(In place of eno fruit salt add 1/2 tsp baking soda).
  • Now take a tawa or a grill pan.
  • Add oil and seasoned tawa and heat.
  • On medium flame add laddle full sooji batter and spread.
  • Any shape can be given, do not spread batter thin.
  • Add the prepared aloo masala on the dosa.
  • Cover the masala with the sooji batter.
  • Add oil and close with lid and cook for sometime.
  • After 1 mins flip and cook on the other side.
  • After it is cooked transfer onto a plate.
  • Now take dosa batter and add laddle full and spread add prepared aloo masala,cover with some batter,add oil and cook .
  • Flip and cook on the other side and transfer onto a plate.
  • Now take a electric sandwich toaster and heat it.
  • Grease with oil, add sooji batter and spread do not over fill.
  • Keep some prepared aloo masala and cover with some batter.
  • Add oil and close the toaster and cook for 4-5 mins.
  • Now take dosa batter and repeat the same process.
  • Aloo masala dosa sandwhich is ready to serve..Enjoy.!!!
