INGREDIENTS
Chopped tomato – 1
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 2
Garlic cloves – 4-5
Pickle/achar masala – 1 tsp
Curd – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Finely chopped carrot : 2 -3 tbsp
Finely chopped cauliflower : 2 -3 tbsp
Finely chopped onion : 2 -3 tbsp
Finely chopped capsicum : 2 -3 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chilly flakes – 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Oil few drops

  • To make Achari Atta cheela in a grinding jar add roughly chopped tomato,Grated ginger,Green chilli,Garlic cloves,Pickle/achar masala,Curd,Salt,Cumin seeds and grind it into a paste.
  • Now in a bowl add wheat flour,Prepared chutney,Finely chopped carrot,Finely chopped cauliflower,Finely chopped onion,Finely chopped capsicum,Finely chopped coriander,Turmeric powder,Chilly flakes,Roasted cumin powder,Salt.
  • Add water little by little and prepare thick batter.
  • Take a tawa/pan add oil and grease pan and let it heat.
  • Take a laddle full batter and spread do not keep it too thin or too thick.
  • Close lid and cook on for 1 min on low flame.
  • Flip and cook on the other side.
  • Achari Atta Cheela is ready to serve.
  • Add mayonnaise and ketchup in between by cutting cheela or els can be served directly.
