8 मिनट में ऐसा आम पापड़ बनाया की सभी कह उठे पहले क्यों नहीं बताया Aam Papad – Aam Papad recipe – Aam

INGREDIENTS
Riped Mangoes – 4pcs(1 kg)
Sugar – 1/2 cup (125 gms)
Ghee/oil for greasing
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

  • To make aam papad take mangoes.
  • Wash,peel and cut mango into pieces.
  • Transfer mango pieces into jar and make fine paste without adding water.
  • Take a pan/kadhai and Transfer the mango paste.
  • Add sugar and mix well.
  • Cook on low to medium flame until thick and transparent.
  • Take only steel plate to set and grease it with ghee/oil.
  • After 8-10 mins it becomes transparent.
  • Add Cardamom powder and mix well.
  • When it is thick turn off the flame.
  • Transfer mix onto the grease plate.
  • Spread thin layer on the plate(Make it thin or thick as per choice).
  • Sun dry for 2 days or Or dry under fan for 1-2 days.
  • After 2 days de mold from plate and cut into desire shapes.
  • Aam papad is ready.!
