To make the perfect Walnut Date Cake, take a bowl and place a filter on it. Next step: add 1 cup of wheat flour,1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1 tsp of baking powder and filter everything into the bowl.
Next step: take 200 grams of dates and remove the seeds. Next step: add 1.5 cups of hot milk and soak the dates for 40 minutes.
Next step: place a Kadhai on flame, spread 1/2 cup of salt on the surface, and place a stand into it. Next step: cover the lid and preheat the kadhai for 7-8 minutes.
Next step: transfer the soaked dates (with milk) into the grinding jar and make a fine paste. Next step: transfer the prepared paste to the wheat flour bowl.
Next step: add 1/2 cup of oil and 1 tsp of vanilla essence, and gently mix well with the cut and fold method. Next step: grease a cake tin with oil and place butter paper into it.
Next step: transfer the prepared batter into the cake tin and garnish it with walnuts. Next step: place the cake tin, close the lid, and bake for 2 minutes on medium flame.
After two minutes, turn the flame low and bake the cake for 40-45 minutes (make sure to check in between). After 40-45 minutes, check your cake with the help of a toothpick and transfer the cake tin onto a platform.
After 2-4 minutes, de-mould the cake. Your perfect Walnut Date Cake is ready and can be enjoyed.
