To make the perfect dry fruit laddu, place a pan on flame, add one tablespoon of ghee, and heat well. After the ghee melts, add one bowl of chopped cashews and roast a little on medium heat.
Next step: add one bowl of chopped almonds and roast a little. After roasting for some time, transfer them to a bowl.
Next step: add one bowl of melon seeds to the pan and roast well. Next step: add one bowl of pumpkin seeds and roast well on medium flame.
After roasting well, transfer them into the same bowl. Next step: add one tablespoon of ghee to the pan and melt well.
After the ghee melts, add 1/2 bowl of raisins and 1/2 bowl of pistachios and roast well. After roasting a little, turn off the flame and transfer them into the bowl.
Next step: add one bowl of grated coconut and 1/4 bowl of poppy seeds for 1-2 minutes. After 1-2 minutes, transfer the roasted coconut into the bowl.
Next step: add one teaspoon of ghee and heat a little. Next step: add 1.5 bowls of date paste and roast well for 5–6 minutes.
After 4-5 minutes, transfer the roasted date paste into the bowl. Next step: add one teaspoon of cardamom powder and a little nutmeg, and mix everything well.
