To make the amazing Moong Atta Moong Dal Papdi, take 1/4 cup of moong dal, wash well, and soak for 1-2 hours.
After 1-2 hours, check the dal and drain the excess water. Next step: take a wide plate, add 2 cups of wheat flour, soaked moong dal, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of carom seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 2 pinches of asafoetida, and 1/2 tsp of pepper powder.
