To make the amazing Roasted Poha Chivda, place a Kadhai on flame, add 3 cups of thin Poha, and roast well on low flame.
After the Poha turns crispy, turn off the flame and transfer it to a big bowl. Next step – place the Kadhai on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
After the oil is hot, add 1/2 cup of peanut and 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds and roast well until crispy.
Next step – add 3-4 chopped green chilli and curry leaves and roast well until crispy. Next step – add chopped cashew and roast well for some seconds.
After some seconds, add 2 tbsp of chopped almonds and two tbsp of muskmelon seeds, and roast well. Next step – add 1/3 cup of grated coconut, 1/2 cup of roasted Bengal gram, and roast well.
After everything turns crispy, add 2 tbsp of black raisins, mix well and roast a little. Next step – add salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of black salt, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp of dry mango powder, and mix everything well.
Next step – turn off the flame, transfer the Chivda Mix into roasted Poha and mix well.
Next step – add 2 tbsp of powdered sugar(optional) and mix well. Now your perfect Roasted Poha Chivda is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
