एक बार ये ६ तरीके के आसान लाजबाब पराठे बनाके तो देखिये अच्छेअच्छे नाश्ते भूल जायेंगे Paratha Recipe

Aloo chaat paratha.
Boiled & mash potatoes – 2
Chopped green chilli
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Coriander 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Wheat flour – 1 & 1/2 cup
Oil/ghee – 1 tbsp

  • Take a mix jar add Boiled & mash potatoes,Chopped green chilli,Grated ginger,Coriander,Cumin seeds,Asafoetida,Black salt,Dry mango powder,Salt.
  • Add 2 tbsp water and make fine paste.
  • Take a bowl for mixing.
  • Add wheat flour,Oil,Add the prepared paste.
  • Mix well and prepare semi soft dough.
  • Add water if required
  • Apply oil on the dough.
  • Close lid and rest it for 5-10 mins
  • Take a ball sized dough.
  • Roll with a roller pin
  • Apply oil/ghee
  • take the edge, pleat & bringing to the centre
  • Dust flour and roll again
  • cook parata on tawa and cook on medium flame
  • Apply ghee or oil.
  • Flip and fry on both sides.
  • After golden remove from tawa and serve hot..!!

Masala Paratha.
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water as per required
Oil – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Caraway – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp

  • In a bowl add wheat flour,salt,Water and mix well and prepare semi soft dough.
  • Add oil and mix well and rest for 5 mins.
  • Take a bowl add all the masala and mix well.
  • After 5 mins,take ball sized dough,dust flour and roll thick,
  • Apply ghee/oil and sprinkle prepared masala.
  • Add chopped coriander.
  • Roll into log and apply oil and roll.
  • Press,dust flour and roll
  • cook parata on tawa and cook on medium flame
  • Apply ghee or oil.
  • Flip and fry on both sides.
  • After golden remove from tawa and serve hot..!!

Paneer paratha.
Grated Paneer – 100 gms
Chopped green chilli
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp’
Dry mango powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander
Wheat flour – 1 & 1/2 cup
Oil – 1 tbsp

  • Take a bowl ad panner, and all the ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Now take mixing bowl. add wheat flour and oil and prepare semi soft dough.
  • Coat with oil and rest for 5 mins.
  • After 5 mins.
  • Take big ball sized dough,dust some flour and roll it thick.
  • Apply ghee or oil.
  • Place 2 tbsp stuffing.
  • Make pleates and close the stuffing. remove excess dough.
  • Dust flour and roll it as per choice.
  • cook parata on tawa and cook on medium flame
  • Apply ghee or oil.
  • Flip and fry on both sides.
  • After golden remove from tawa and serve hot..!!

Onion paratha.
Finely chopped onion – 1
Oil – 1 tsp
Caraway – 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped green chilli
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander

  • Take big ball sized dough,make a bowl shape,add stuffing.
  • Make pleates and close the stuffing. remove excess dough.
  • Dust flour and roll it as per choice.
  • cook parata on tawa and cook on medium flame
  • Apply ghee or oil.
  • Flip and fry on both sides.
  • After golden remove from tawa and serve hot..!!

Patta gabi paratha.
Finely chopped cabbage
Oil – 2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Chopped Green chilli – 2
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Finely chopped onion – 1
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped coriander

  • to prepare stuffing take a pan add oil,Cumin seeds,Asafoetida,Chopped Green chilli,Grated ginger,Finely chopped onion.
  • Saute well.
  • After onion turn golden add cabbage and saute well.
  • Add Red chilli powder,Coriander powder,Cumin powder,Garam masala,Turmeric powder,Chaat masala,Finely chopped coriander and mix.
  • Turn off flame and let it cool.
  • Take big ball sized dough,make a bowl shape,add stuffing.
  • Make pleates and close the stuffing. remove excess dough.
  • Dust flour and roll it.
  • Take stuffing add salt and mix well.
  • Add 2 tbsp stuffing and Make pleates and close the stuffing. remove excess dough.
  • Dust flour and roll it as per choice.
  • cook parata on tawa and cook on medium flame
  • Apply ghee or oil.
  • Flip and fry on both sides.
  • After golden remove from tawa and serve hot..!!

Palak paratha.
Wheat flour – 1 & 1/2 cup
Gram flour – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped palak – 1 cup
Finely chopped ginger – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds
Salt
Red chilli powder
Asafoetida
Garam masala
Oil – 2 tbsp

  • In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,besan and mix well.
  • Add palak,Finely chopped ginger,Cumin seeds,Salt ,Red chilli powder,Asafoetida,Garam masala,oil.
  • Mix well. Add water little by little and prepare semi soft dough,rest for 5 mins.
  • Take a ball sized dough.
  • Roll with a roller pin
  • Apply oil/ghee
  • take the edge, fold & make triangle shape.
  • Dust flour and roll again
  • cook parata on tawa and cook on medium flame
  • Apply ghee or oil.
  • Flip and fry on both sides.
  • After golden remove from tawa and serve hot..!!
