Green chilli – 1 pcs(optional)
Jeera – 1 tsp (optional)
Rock salt – 1 tsp
Eno Fruit Salt – 1/2 tsp
Vrat Green Chutney
Fresh Coconut

VRAT CHUTNEY VADA BALLS

INGREDIENTS
Boiled Potatoes – 3 pcs
Finely Chopped green chilli – 2 pcs
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Roasted and crushed peanuts – 2 tbsp
Desiccated coconut – 1 tbsp
Rock salt – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Sabudana powder – 1/2 cup
Finely Chopped Coriander – 2 tbsp
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Vrat wali hara dhaniya green chutney
Oil – for cooking

VRAT INSTANT DOSA

INGREDIENTS
Sama rice – 1 cup
Sabudana/tapioca/sago – 2 tbsp
Rock salt – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Instant powder – 1/2 cup
Water – 1 cup
Boiled Potatoes – 2 pcs
Ghee/oil – 1 tsp
Jeera – 1/2 tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – 2 pcs
Fried and crushed peanuts – 1 tsp
Desiccated coconut – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Rock Salt – as per required
Coriander – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
Ghee as per required

VRAT SABUDANA KHICHDI

INGREDIENTS
Sabudana/tapioca/sago – 1 cup
Water as per required
Potato – 1 pcs
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Jeera -n 1 tsp
Green chilli – 2 pcs
Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Rock salt – as per required
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander

FALAHARI ALOO ROTI

INGREDIENTS
Singhara Flour/ Water Chestnut Flour – 1 cup
Boiled Grated Potato – 3 pcs
Finely Chopped Green Chilli – 1 pcs
Rock Salt – 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Green Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
